The Dignowity Hill Neighborhood Association is holding our first annual “Dig that Jazz on the Hill” Music Festival. The event is to be held on November 12, 2016 in Lockwood Park in the Dignowity Hill Historic Neighborhood. We are excited to announce our first call for event design entries.
