The Neighborhood Development Advisory Committee (NDAC) has received notification of a proposed Zoning Change for 910 N Hackberry Street. The developer is seeking to rezone the property from “R-5” Residential District to “R-2” Residential District to allow for the construction of two new single family homes. In order to accomplish this, the subject property will be divided into two (2) new lots. Please find the proposed Site Plan for the project below and map of the property with the current Zoning. NDAC wil be meeting with the developer on August 29th, 2019 for an initial presentation. Residents are welcome to attend this informative meeting, however please keep in mind that it is a working committee meeting and seating for the public is limited. The meeting will be at Bibliotech East, 1203 N Walters Street, Toyota Community Room @ 6pm.
