Dear DHNA Members, 

Due to the large amount of feedback received during the bylaws process, the board will take additional time to process the proposed changes. We will hold a retreat in April to complete this task after the new board is elected. We will also have a lawyer review the proposed final draft, which will take additional time beyond the originally proposed timeline. We will post an updated timeline as soon as we have one.
